Lucia Zarate (1863-1889) The Mexican Lilliputian It's said that Lucia Zarate wore a hat the size of a teacup, and an average sized ring as a bracelet. It's quite possible. At her tallest she barely hit two feet.Sadly she died while travelling through the Sierra Nevadas. A storm hit and stalled the train she was on.
