Sylvia Porter (1920's-?) Elephant Foot Woman Afflicted with a form of Elephantiasis, Porter who rarely wore shoes would have worn a size 60. Porter who exhibited herself well into the 1970's was strongly opposed to the politically correct reformers tying to abolish sideshows. She was quoted as saying that she'd rather be dead, than to no longer be able to exhibit herself.
