Bill Cole The Quarter Man Bill was born completely able-bodied. He left his home, and lived life as a hobo hopping trains from place to place. After falling asleep on the tracks Cole lost his legs and immediately embraced the sideshow life. He entertained with chin-ups and handstands as well as a routine on the parallel bars.
